**PET POLICY**

We only accept well-behaved pets, and this is strictly by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking, as we reserve the right to cancel your booking if this policy is not followed. 

Pets are only allowed in the ground-floor suite, and there is a charge of £25.00 per pet, payable upon arrival.

To ensure a pleasant stay for both pets and guests, we’ve established the following guidelines:

- Your four-legged friend must be on a lead in all public areas of the B&B.

- Dogs are not allowed in the dining room; you may leave your pet to relax in your room while you enjoy breakfast.

- We ask that you do not leave dogs unattended in bedrooms unless you are having breakfast.

- Owners are fully responsible for their pet’s behavior throughout the stay. If any damage or disturbance occurs, you may be charged for it. Please ensure your pet is well-behaved and that any noise is kept to a minimum to avoid disturbing other guests.

**Housekeeping and Damage to Bedrooms/Common Areas**

For the safety and comfort of your pet, housekeeping will only enter your room if:

(a) your pet is not present, 

(b) you are present with your pet (on a lead), or 

(c) your pet is safely in a crate.

While we welcome dogs in the B&B, we also need to consider guests with allergies. Therefore, any guest with a pet allergy must inform us at the time of booking so we can allocate a room away from other dogs.

We kindly request that your dog does not sleep on the bed or on the bedroom linen and blankets, and that they do not sit on any furniture in public spaces. Owners must ensure their dogs are clean before entering the B&B, especially in the guest bedrooms, as they are carpeted.

If your dog damages furniture or furnishings, soils the room, causing permanent damage or extra cleaning services, you will be charged accordingly.
